Fuqin Fintech Limited Files Post Effective Amendment to Its Form F-1 Registration Statement

BEIJING, April 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Fuqin Fintech Limited ("Fuqin" or the "Company"), an online lending marketplace platform operator facilitating automobile-collateralized loans between borrowers and investors, announced today that, on April 11, 2019, it filed a post effective amendment to its Form F-1 registration statement, relating to a proposed initial public offering ("IPO" or the "Offering") of its ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, for gross proceeds up to $20,000,000,  with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Company expects to offer a minimum of 2,000,000 and a maximum of 4,000,000 shares at $5.00 per share. Fuqin has applied to list its ordinary shares on NASDAQ under ticker symbol "FQJR".

Boustead Securities, LLC ("Boustead") will act as the lead underwriter and book-running manager for the IPO. The Company and Boustead have agreed to extend the Offering until July 29, 2019, which will be sold on a best-efforts basis. Sutter Securities Clearing, LLC (formerly FinTech Clearing, LLC) will provide offering deposit and platform listing services.

Although the post effective amendment relating to the Offering has been filed with the SEC, it has not yet become effective.
