The Third China Overseas Investment Fair Was Successfully Held In Beijing

Brief:The third China Overseas Investment Fair was successfully took place from 8th to 9th in Beijing.This fair including more than 600 major overseas investment projects selected from more than 2,000 investment projects around the world.
Authorized by National Development and Reform Commission, hosted by China Investment and Plan Association, the third China Overseas Investment Fair was successfully took place from 8th to 9th in Beijing.

Cyprus Trade Promotion Forum – A Section of The Fair
 
The government officials, representatives of investment institutions and entrepreneurs from around 112 countries and regions gathered in Beijing having a practical and effective communication and great B2B meetings with thousands of Chinese enterprises. More than 600 major overseas investment projects selected from more than 2,000 investment projects around the world were brought to this fair. These projects involve the energy, resources, infrastructure, agriculture, manufacturing, modern services and hi-tech and other industries and the capital contribution of investing in overseas will be expected to reach more than 500 billion dollars on the fair.

According to Zhang Xiaoqiang, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the country's top economic planner, at the third China Overseas Investment Fair: “China's outbound direct investment reached 68.8 billion U.S. dollars in 2010, up 21.7 percent from a year earlier, By the end of 2010, Chinese companies had invested a total of 317.2 billion U.S. dollars in more than 178 countries and regions”, the foreign countries will continue keeping a strong tie with Chinese economy and will be benefited by the rapid increase of Chinese overseas investment.
