China International City and Land Development & Investment Fair (referred to City & Land Fair thus CLF), which is approved by the Ministry of Commerce of P. R. China and supported by Ministry of Land and Resources, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Ministry of Trade as well as regional and municipal governments across China.  It is undertaken by China World Trade Center and taking place in the Exhibition Hall of the flagship of World Trade Centre in Beijing between 20th – 22nd November.

Since 2005, CLF has been successfully held for five times. It has been known to be the best platform to comprehensively enhance city development, urban planning, and optimizing land resources therefore to achieve optimal integration of real estate development.

CLF mainly consists of “High Level Symposium”, “Exhibition” and “Match Making Sessions”:

- “High Level Symposium” will bring together cutting-edge ideas and insights, and will end up with awards presenting session for “Culturally Most Valuable City”, “Intangible Cultural Heritage City”, “Highest Investment Value City”, " Best Commercial Real Estate Development".

- “Exhibition” will showcase the new achievements and new images of urban development, and promote a new model of real estate and urban management;

- “Match Making Sessions” allow exhibitors to meet with relevant officials, developers, investors and/or business partners alike from all around China. 

CLF is the only large-scale event in China that the participants obtain the chance to exchange information and discover business and investment opportunities. With the great progress in urbanization, China’s real estate market has a very broad investment prospects. The event is also ideal for foreign metropolitan cities, planning authorities as well as private developers across the world to attract potential investors and business partners from China.
