NEW YORK, April 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Lakeshore Acquisition II Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: LBBBU), a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, today announced that holders of the Company's units may elect to separately trade the ordinary shares, rights and warrants included in its units commencing on or about April 14, 2022.

The ordinary shares, rights and warrants will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market ("NASDAQ") under the symbols LBBB, LBBBR, and LBBBW respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade on NASDAQ under the symbol LBBBU. After separation, the ordinary shares, rights, and warrants may be recombined to create units.
