The Second China Beijing International Fair for Trade in ServicesHit a Great Success
Brief:China Business Network (CBN) was invited by the organisers to support the exhibition with the most relevant projects of China Invests Overseas.
The Second China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS, or Beijing Fair) was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from May 28 to June 1. This year, the CIFTIS successfully attracts more than 26,200 registered visitors and exhibitors from 117 different countries and regions, according to the organizer. The fair witnessed the signing of 415 project agreements, with accumulated contract volume of $78.69 billion, an increase of 30.9 percent compared to last year. Among them, 114 are international projects with contract volume of $10.89 billion.

Witnessed by more than 300 delegates at the seminar, CBN signed a $ 618 million contract with Zhongdun Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. for the Caribbean project in major infrastructure. Also a contract with 300 million yuan contract has been signed by CBN with the president and CEO of China Tian-Qi Investment Group of Companies.
