Yang Xinglong, director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, introduced that at the end of April, there are 170 international cooperation projects in Changsha.
According to relevant statistics from the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, there were 24 projects funded by the sole proprietorship private enterprises or the joint ventures out of 32 overseas investment projects in 2009.
