Adrian Loo Leak Tiang was formerly the CEO of a local advertising agency. He has some 25 years experience in media-related industries in Singapore, China, Australia, Thailand and Malaysia. His work has also brought him to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Hong Kong and Taiwan and Myanmar where he amassed a wealth of “hands on” industry know-how.

In the areas of advertising, branding, media relations, and multi-media productions, Adrian has accumulated vast experience with companies like Sembawang Corporation, Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Enterprise Promotion Centres (EPC), Horizon Advertising, Xpress Print and Hi Creative Advertising (China), amongst others. His knowledge in Public Relations and Investor Relations is honed during his tenures with Strategem Consultants and Pyxis Communications & Consultancy, where he secured and handled several IPO projects.

Adrian spent the last four years with Legend Security Services and Securitas Security services (Singapore), responsible for branding and marketing communications.

Adrian graduated with a Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from Oklahoma City University, USA. Apart from engineering qualifications, Adrian also studied in the United Kingdom at Central London College, majoring in Marketing and Business Administration. He also holds Diplomas in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives of London and in Public Relations from International Correspondence Schools of UK.

Adrian also attended professional courses in United States of America (American Press Institute - API), and Switzerland (International Association of Professional Congress Organizers – IAPCO).

Alvin Wee commenced his career in the Singapore Police Force in 1996 and was attached to the Ang Mo Kio Police Division. After 2 years on the job, he moved to Chong Boon Neighborhood Police Post where he served diligently for another 2 years. His experience in protection and security management was further enhanced during his term at Serangoon Neighborhood Police Centre from 2001 to 2002.

Alvin's illustrious career in the Singapore Police Force was given a further boost when he was posted in August 2002 to the Ministry of Home Affairs where he remained for a faithful 9 years.

His urge to learn new skills saw a switch in career option at the end of 2011 when he joined ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, a leading real estate organization. Her first job upon graduation was with Singapore Land Authority (SLA), Land survey Department as Technical Executive, followed by a stint as Condominium Manager at Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd, looking after the infamous Pearl Bank Apartments, a landmark building in Outram Park.

In December 2003, Sophia moved on to become Project Administrator at Hafele Singapore Pte Ltd where she remained for the next 4 years. Prior to her current position at Valiant Capital Pte Ltd in September 2012, Sophia enriched her working experience as Sale Admin Officer in Asia Pacific Breweries during her four and a half years with this beverage giant.

R Selvamalar (Selvi) first started her career with Legend Security Services Pte Ltd in 1997 as an Administrative Executive. During her tenure, she was a key staff member in personnel administration at Legend. She furthered her role as a Human Resource Executive and continued to be a key player and resource to Legend Security.

She is highly experienced and knowledgeable in these areas as she has gathered solid working experience while working as HR executive with Legend Security from 1997 to 2010. Her work experiences include that of Banking and payroll matters, invoice, SIRD grades/ CID screening applications of guard, licensing and permits matters with all governmental ministry, including general office administrative functions.

Selvi had received numerous awards (e.g. NTUC CBF Model Partnership Award 2010 and Long Service Award) and have been looked upon as a role model to her colleagues, especially among the female employees.

Serene kok joined Valiant Capital Pte Ltd as Administration Manager after two years of client servicing and sales support experience at a leading gold trading/investment company. She brings with her a wealth of "hands-on" experience in this field which is an asset to Valiant Capital's scope of business.

Since completing her secondary school education, Serene has amassed extensive working experience in human resource and administrative roles at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), OCBC Bank (credit card division) and offshore company, Richmarine.

Jocelyn graduated from the Philippine Christian University, Manila with a double major in Accountancy and Financial Management. She also earned the honor of being the Most Outstanding 4th Year Banking and Finance Student in 1996.

With more than 10 years of working experience in the areas of Administration, Finance and Account Management, Joycelyn started off as Sales Coordinator / Accounting clerk in the Philippines and moved on to become Assistant Manager in Planters Development Bank in Makati City. In 2002 she joined Pacific Connexion Consulting Phils, Inc (a Multi National company) as Admin and Finance Manager and remained there for 5 years.

Joceyln moved to Singapore in 2007.and joined Venue Asia Pte Ltd where she assumed the role of Finance Manager. She then moved on to OneSystems Technologies, Daxco Digital and Plisch Broadcasting Asia in various managerial positions in administration and accounting. Prior to joining Valiant Group, Jocelyn was Admin & Finance Manager at Right Angle Media Pte Ltd.

A person who believes in continuous education and upgrading, Jocelyn has attended various courses and seminars conducted by Singapore Business Federation, Spring Singapore, and IRAS amongst others.

S Ramasamy started off his career as a regular (Master Sgt) with the SAF. And for the first 28 years 6 month, he had held various vocations in the Army. He has a good clean record, and was awarded with SAF Long Service & Good Conduct Medal –22 years and also SAF long service award-25 years.

From 2004, he started off his second career in the Security industry with several Securities agencies. As a Training Officer with Royal Security Training and assessment Center , as Training Officer cum Manager with Sigma Security Training School and from May 2008 to date , with Legend Training Academy as a Training Officer.

In the course of his work , he had also obtained many certified security coursed conducted by both WSQ and NSRS.

Being a certified trainer and also given his good working knowledge and experiences gathered over the years, he will be able to ensure that VSS provides the highest quality of training standard to our staffs. VSS aim to ensure our company mission is well supported also by the highest level of professionalism given to all our clients by our security staffs.

Hence, he will conduct on the job training, refresher course and WSQ security courses to all VSS staffs. This form part and parcel of our Company Standard Operating procedure.

Ali Atan has amassed some 17 years of security experience and obtained a Diploma in Police Management Studies. He was an ex-Regular Police Officer from the Republic Singapore Police Force (1990 - 2005) and his last rank held was Senior Staff Sergeant.

After leaving the Singapore police Force, Ali started his commercial security career with Pico Guards Pte Ltd as patrolling Officer, ensuring discipline and high standard in guarding duties, manpower deployment and manpower checks and manning security/fire command centers. Within a short period, he was made an Operations Executive.

Ali then joined Evtec Management services Pte Ltd as Operations Executive before moving on to Chubb Singapore. In 2008, he was invited back to Pico Guards to help manage the security management system in Ministry of Education (MOE). A year later, Evtec also got him back to their Singapore Land Authority (SLA) project for vacant buildings involving installation of CCTVs and mobile patrol/alarm response.

Prior to joining Valiant Security services Pte Ltd as Operations Manager, Ali was the Operations Manger at Force One Security. Apart from his security trade WSQ qualifications, Ali also attended a Shipyard Safety Instruction Course to widen his knowledge in security & safety management. As a professional, he had made more than 10 arrests for crime-breaking and fire incidents.

Ali's experience in security management includes condominiums, service apartments, wafer manufacturing plant, petrol chemical plant (Jurong Island), shopping complexes, and intelligent high rise commercial buildings. With his wealth of experience in various security agencies and clientele' premises, Ali brings with him attributes which will help improve the service delivery to Valaint Security's scope of customers.

Suthahar graduated from Anna University, India with a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology. His work experience include 4 years in Mercury Systems India and Onesystems Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore. Suthahar has also undergone technical certification in networking at Sansbound Solution Pvt Ltd, India and CISCO Singapore. His area of expertise includes routing & switching. Suthahar is a pioneer member of the management team when he joined Valiant Network in January 2012.
